Refund and Returns Policy for MultiLockTiles

At MultiLockTiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been installed or used.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@multilocktiles.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The original purchase price and any applicable taxes will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received free shipping on your original order, and you are returning the entire order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different product, please contact us at info@multilocktiles.co.za with your order number and the product you wish to exchange it for. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product to us.

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your exchange within 5 business days. If the new product is of greater value than the original purchase, we will charge the difference to your original payment method. If the new product is of lesser value, we will issue a refund for the difference to your original payment method.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the costs of returning the product to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
